When the client approached us, it was clear that most of the revenue was coming from users already searching for their brand which restricted their growth through Google Ads. Quickly, we changed the account structure to have more control of pushing budget through the generic campaigns (shopping + search). After a few weeks, we got feedback from the client that they saw a spike in their new customer rate from the campaigns.
